Pets are pure love

This past week my family lost our beloved dog Lucy. Lucy was an old english bulldog who loved people, walks, food and pets. Lucy might have been coated in fur but she was pure love. Although pets are living beings they are also made up of pure love. We pour love into them and they give it back. There are not good or evil animals only good. God gave us animals as companions and as another way to show our love for him by loving another one of his creations. We often outlive our pets which is hard and sad but it is also a remidner of just how lovely and fleeting life can be. This gives us a reminder to cherish those we love today because they might not be here tomorrow. Since pets are pure love I belive that they will be there waiting for us in Heaven where we will see them once again when our time comes. Some day I will see Lucy again in paradise.
