   Although my topic today is somewhat of an open-ended question, I would like to reflect upon possible reasons why this may be occurring. While those with lukewarm faith may be the first to fall away, others with a stronger relationship with God are also being tested. Why is this happening? There are obviously many reasons for this; however, with understanding and empathy, we can pray for those who need God’s strength and wisdom to overcome the temptation to become angry and seek retribution.

   Let me clarify a few things that I see having profoundly changed in my eighty-six years of life. I have been drawn to changes I have seen in our Country occurring in the last six years. I once, as did many, refer to these countries as “Third-world” countries. Are we gradually, unknowingly becoming a third-world country?

   The changes I am referring to are clearly disastrous. A President who took Office in January 2025, who brought in Elon Musk, and together they fired thousands of employees working for the Federal Government.

This president took away Obamacare that thousands depended upon; he cut Aid to the poor, and has tried twice to change our Constitutional Law that being born in this country does not make one legal. He has separated children from their mothers who escaped terrorism and made it to America, the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

He has been found guilty of many crimes, including lying on his Tax Returns, yet the Senate and the Congress have not utilized the 25th Amendment to remove him from Office. Many experts have found this President to be in cognitive decline. The only president in history who made over 2 billion dollars his first year back in office selling cryptocurrency, Trump Watches, and Bibles?

We would have called this Administration Communistic some years ago; now it is a dictatorship. Manipulating the administration to be of the same “Party.”
