Remember This When You Are Moving
LETTING GO Eileen Renders
It's a new day, and we can choose to begin it in a new way.
Choosing to be careful in every word we say.
Spend a few minutes getting down on our knees and pray.
Thankful for each day.
Often, we might awake focusing on the things we have done and now regret.
With a negative vision within ourselves, we may spend our day in a fret.
This can easily become repetitive, causing us to fail to assess the situation,
Leading toward the risk of losing friends and living in isolation.
This can easily be remedied, as we are in power to make a 180-degree turn.
That is: “To forgive ourselves, and commit our days to live and to learn.”
It is only then that we can fully achieve that, for which the heart truly yearns.
