The Poorest Among us are those without God
We are very small in the world, but with Christ we are Giants!
Imagine the size of any small insect, or a small animal that can be trampled under foot by a giant that has two arms and two legs that can crush this entity with one giant step. Now imagine this large human showing his power because he is more powerful and feels like showing he is their master; and gets pleasure from watching something suffering and dying under his authority.
This of course is a metaphor relating to the condition of the world powers where several nations are always looking to secure another by selfish methods if needed. As we who are followers of Christ and labor to promote the dictates we learned from his Passion and Resurrection and pray that our example can stand up to the evils of Satan’s disciples that will tear down the very promise and reason God sent his Son into the world if allowed to remain.
What these promotions of sin etched into the souls of Christians and Jews cannot eradicate the very words that Jesus left with his disciples before he ascended back to heaven. “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age. (My 28: 19 - 20).
Of course I have used this passage numerous times in articles where the essence of the power of God is not a one-time entrance on paper but a reminder that the end of the age is going to come where now the small persons that have gone too far and the giants of Righteousness will be the entity of judgment on Satan and his followers.
What can be frightening are the many humans who would not adhere to the warnings that Sacred Scripture refers to and there will be no escape for those who did not believe in the Christ of God who suffered and died in our place and the last words we will hear, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great. She has become a haunt for demons. She is a cage for every unclean spirit, a cage for every unclean bird, a cage for unclean and disgusting beasts. For all the nations have drunk the wine of her licentious passion. The kings of the earth have had intercourse with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her drive for luxury.” (Rv 18: 2 - 3).
Then I heard something like the sound of a great multitude or the sound of rushing water or mighty peals of thunder, as they said: “Alleluia! The Lord has established his reign, our God, the almighty. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory. For the wedding of the Lamb has come, his bride has made herself ready . She was allowed to wear a bright, clean linen garment.” (The linen represents the righteous deeds of the holy ones.) (Rv 19: 6 - 8).
Those who are saved have become the Giants through Christ and are now saved for God!
