New Jersey Governor Declares War on ProLifers

The election of Miki Sherrill as Governor of New Jersey has been seen as “breaking the glass ceiling” with the push to put more women in high office positions despite losing two opportunities in 2016 and 2024 during the presidential elections. Yet, this former congresswoman who was involved in a cheating scandal at the Naval Academy managed to edge out to win last year’s gubernatorial election.

This week, Sherrill signed an extreme pro-abortion law that put a target on the back of pro-lifers in the Garden State.

Make no mistake, it is an extreme law that a radical feminist would dream of doing anyway to push abortion on demand and without apology.

NJ Bill S2260 grants sweeping legal immunity to abortion providers and erects new barriers against accountability for activities the state now broadly labels “reproductive health care,” shielding them from certain investigations, legal actions, and records requests originating outside New Jersey.

Marie Tasy of New Jersey Right to Life states that the bill “does not protect women”. Rather, this pro-death measure “protects the people who end the lives of living human children already growing in the womb. New Jersey should be a sanctuary for mothers and babies, not a legal fortress for those who profit from abortion.”

The bill doesn’t just shield abortion providers, but it also destroys accountability. Further, it also creates unconstitutional extremism to silence pro-lifers who peacefully pray outside of the abortion facilities.

When will Governor Sherrill learn to stop being a conflict of interest?
