COME HOLY SPIRIT

COME HOLY SPIRIT
Are you in a “dry spell” in regard to “hearing” the Holy Spirit?
Try this short prayer/meditation.
Come O Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore You
Come O Holy Spirit, enlighten me
Come O Holy Spirit, guide my steps
Come O Holy Spirit, fortify me
Come O Holy Spirit, comfort me
Tell me what I must do
Inspire me with what I must say
Give me Your orders
I promise to submit myself to You in all that You ask of me
To accept all that You permit to happen to me
Let me only know Your Will
And let me only do Your Will
Amen!
This is a slightly expanded adaptation of a business card-sized prayer card from CatholicPrayerCards.Org – Card#85 “Prayer to the Holy Spirit”.
I keep one in my wallet to pass on when an opportunity arises.
