Sound reasons for keeping the written media alive
People who say they Know who God is; are not the same as Knowing God!
Ask those who are remiss in understanding God and most will say; “Sure I know who God is!” Satan and all the angels who followed him out of heaven know exactly who God is. They were created to worship him and do his bidding for humanity. But like them too many humans also know who God is; They can complete a questionnaire that asks the same question. But being able to really know God in an intimate manner does not mean the same as knowing his name or creating everything.
Knowing God is a closeness that tells us the personal essence of our creator and allows our soul to be part of his divinity. Talk to anyone of the human race who adhere to abortion, live with bitterness toward any one without forgiveness, or have a clear conscience when joining in a philosophy of destroying freedoms that God gave us are indicating that they do not know God and will have a failing future in eternity if they do not seek his mercy.
I wrote before about the personal attachment we can have with God if our sense of viewing the world we have moved away from in its quest for pleasure that corrupts the very essence of what the divine Trinity is all about makes a comfort we cannot find through any book learning. We must find that point of being inside God when we know him exists.
As we all hope that our attention on God is more than just a hello or please help me now, let us take time to choose his personhood as the one effort of trust that only comes through a sign of personal love.
