Finding God's Mission In Life For You

 Are you questioning or searching for God’s plan for you in life? Do you have a plan for how to understand and discern His desire for your mission? Sometimes, we want to follow Christ’s plan, but haven’t yet found the path to an answer to exactly what His plan for us is. The Bible tells us we are all called to be God’s disciples.

Steps toward helping to guide us toward our potential mission in life, as we sincerely want to become closer to our Creator and more pleasing to Him.

-        The first step is to spend time alone with God in reflection and listening with our heart

-        Sincerely desiring to be obedient requires that we fully submit to His will and surrender our will.

-        Praying for wisdom and focus to help us follow His will

-        Increasing our Trust in God to lead us toward our best life

-        Be prepared to act on our feelings and understanding only after following the above steps for as long as necessary to feel God’s urging.

-        Practice patience to hear His guidance, and not impatiently surrender to our own will

With patience, prayer, consistency, and a deep trust in God, He will lead you to where He wants you to be. What I have found to be true is that when knocking on doors that just appear to lock you out, when it is where God wants you, the door may swing open before you knock. When you patiently have waited for His signal while continuing to follow Him, God will make it clear to you when you are where He wants you.
