No, the bible does not teach that the earth is flat
Before we get started, please read my previous article, here; Some help for living as a Christian please check out my latest on Locals, here; What material sufficiency is...and is not
Some of this list may also be found in other list articles. Do read all of them, if y'all would be so kind. I struggle with depression (something I'm open about), and I am so thankful to have the Psalms in my Bible. By the way, it's been a while since I've had a heavily researched article, but, I suggest y'all read my next one. It's on a very important topic. By the way, one of the things I've noticed reading The Psalms, is that, we don't just need to petition God, we can just thank him. Not that there's anything wrong asking from God, so long as it's not anything, selfish.
I'm open about my struggle with depression, and, well, this has really helped.
A reflection on the shortest Psalm (Psalm 117, memorize it)!
Children are a blessing
"Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall me whiter than snow" (Psalm 51, I read it before confession)
How long, O Lord? (Again, I'm open about my depression)
He heals the broken-hearted (Something that I know all too well)
God is our refuge and strength
A good wife is the crown of her husband
With a freewill offering I will sacrifice to you
Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways!
So, do you worry about things too marvelous for you?
May those who love your salvation
Thanking God, asking from God, and praising God
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? (Again, I'm very open about my struggles with depression)
As I have said before, repeated prayers are fine
If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, let Israel now say
Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house
Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil
Praise the LORD!
As the description says, this is my most prolific topic. I was going through a time of proufound hurt and confusion when I wrote most of these article. Please, remember, that God loves you. Please, remember that your family loves you. And please, never be afraid to ask for help. And, as for the criticism my work isn't "Catholic" enough. The Psalms are the prayer of the Church!
Adam Charles Hovey is the the founder of the Catholicism, news, and whatever community on Locals, and if you'd like to help him out, go here.
By the way, I think y'all will enjoy my article for Tuesday, so, please, look out for it.
