Where are they, our baptized children?
Once upon a night we wept with fear,
The one we loved was no longer here,
He said to all Father forgive,
But would we now begin to live.
His tomb was empty so dark and still,
We wondered what was the Father's Will,
To let these men the teacher's of law,
Accused our Lord to what we saw.
It's been three days since Hie is gone,
How can we live or get along,
Without His words His loving touch,
To be forlorn and miss Him much.
He's risen we hear from women you see,
Who went to the tomb and returned in glee,
The Angels dclared He lives and rose,
To all of us to Jerusalme He goes.
Once upon a night we cried He's free,
The one we love comes to you and me,
He said I live the Father and Me,
My Spirit will come and We are Three.
