O' Most Holy Trinity

O’ Most Holy Trinity, Three persons being one,
Existing unto Infinity, though the battle is not won.
Throughout all the ages, while God works to reconcile,
The unpeaceful heart still rages, forgetting God all the while.
And so throughout eternity, may I give you all my love,
O’ Most Holy Trinity, please return me all Your love.

When evil lurks about me, and doubt begins to show,
O’ God help me to see, and Your compassion let me know.
If I wander the wrong direction, and rely upon my mind,
Surround me with Your protection, and Your Will leave me find.
Make me aware of Your Infinite Being, O’ Most Holy Trinity,
That Your Love I will be knowing, will be throughout eternity.

As the world works at toil, and hope is hard to find,
Let my faith remain loyal, and extend it to all our kind.
When the days pass me by, and I settle into slumber,
On Your Word I can rely, after the passing days of summer.
While I rise into eternity, my hope remains Your peace.
O’ Most Holy Trinity, give to me Your peace.
