We are in a War of Principalities
Mystical because of the different senses (aspects) we may find ourselves dealing with in an esoteric (or private) manner. That is, to know with more than what a few are allowed to share in and enhance the deeper pronouncements of God’s inner workings among people. We exist in a world of too many hidden or secretive gatherings that exclude the average believer in Christ’s mission to save and redeem all people, with us using an open forum of discussion, activities, and positive results for everyone. It’s time to change the thinking of some closed group-pandering persons that are too concerned in a hedonistic way regarding special Church promotions without welcoming those who may be of a common pledge and who can also be part of the evangelizing.
We know that in all collective-circles, be it political, social, or church, there are many who are disenfranchised and existing just beyond the grasp of the inner-circle workings and may never fully enjoy the functioning of what they can also become as a viable part. These are the people that evangelization is geared for and the ones who are susceptible to being lost as a forgotten class in God’s all-encompassing world.
How often too many who would willingly join in any active-discussion club or fraternal group find they are rejected because they just don’t fit the criterion needed. In fraternal organizations that may be fine, but Church groups can not join that type of denouncement. We must always look for the forgotten soul who feels neglected perhaps from insensitive persons’ ignorance and a mark of being pushed underfoot as a way of saying, “you’re not fit for anything.” This does occur in a society that looks on others than ourselves as not living up to our standards. Often we may read or hear about such happenings, but not enough take this announcement to heart. In the end a lot of would-be leaders are left without a say and we wonder why more do not come forward to assist us with sound thoughts and discussions. This leads to the Turmoil that seems to evolve within and without the input most needed in the Church today.
It is important for us to open our minds regarding the working of the Sacred Traditions Holy Mother Church has promoted through centuries of Sacred Councils, Martyrs fighting for their Church, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit directing us in Christ’s promise that God will never allow His Church to succumb to the Devil’s interference. This is the way to begin understanding God and His Plan to share His Life and Love with us. It takes a town to raise a child, and it takes a unified Catholic Church to continue God’s Plan.
Author’s note: This work is not directed to any one individual or group, but does reflect the immense requirement of those in charge to consider everyone in the parish. It is so easy to become elitist and overlook many who do not appear qualified for a number of specific positions due solely because of the absence of certain needed credentials. Examine all characteristics of each perspective applicant then make a judgement based on more than written rules, but on every facet they bring to the table.
