Arise And Shine!!

IT is RESURRECTION DAY! Well it will be when you decide to come forth from the tomb! Oh—I’m sorry---kind of left you there didn’t I? Since the blog on “In the Tomb,” the follow up did not get written. I could say there were good reasons, but truth is—response to the inner healing was less than expected. So, being a typical human---decided to put this subject on the shelf.

God being patient--- reminded me today, “I sent my Son—to live and die---just for you.” Sure and billions of other souls---but God cares for each individual intimately and passionately. “Therefore woman---get busy and reach out to the few who are in need of a RESURRECTION DAY!” (Pretty sure that was God, but it could have been my conscious poking me, either way I got busy.)

Resurrection Day. After we receive the healing and peace we have longed for ----we are filled with joy as Peter on Transfiguration Mountain. For we are indeed –transfigured from the person scarred and wounded to the NEW BEING by God’s healing grace. But, now what?

Remember the Risen Jesus telling Mary “don’t cling to me, I have not yet gone to the Father?” That is a clue---to you, to us---“don’t cling to the ‘human behavior', desires of flesh, old habits, and emotions that comfort you.” Don’t go back to feeling sorry for yourself because you have had a hurtful past, thinking this gives you the right to be angry and sad. Anger and resentment, bitterness and pride---will keep us in the tomb. So when you have reached understanding and healing of “WHY, God, WHY?” Do not CLING to that which comforted you before, protected you and crippled you. Do not cling to them for then we may not yet get back to the Father! Daily we must decide to----

”Arise and shine, stay awake and put on the whole strength of the Lord. Wear Holy Attire (Praise and thanksgiving) and worship the Lord you God! Awaken within you, the zeal to speak to the weak, words that come from My heart. Be the light that brings hope to the weary world. Be the warmth of My love that brings joy and peace to the down trodden and broken hearted. It is time to put to rest the things of the past and fears of what these memories may bring into your world. Hear MY WORDS: do not let them leave your heart. Keep them always as shield before you, and hold fast the sword of My truth, My Word that will never return to Me void. I will do as I have spoken and promised you!”

These were His words spoken to my heart in my healing process—and now I share them with you. I also now add:

“ARISE now Child of God!! Know this truth---you have been called, you have been chosen, you have been delivered. You are baptized priest, prophet and king. You are a unique, one of a kind masterpiece—carefully molded and shaped into the vessel of great love and compassion that you are. DO NOT let any other voice tell you different---even your own.

Arise and SHINE and RADIATE the glory, the LIGHT of Jesus the SON! Fill this world with His light until the darkness is NO MORE!! You have been told dear one what to do—the rest is up to you.”
