St. Augustine of Hippo is a beloved saint, who inspired many Catholics with his gorgeous writings, such as, Confessions. However, as we all know, before becoming a saint, Augustine lived a sinful life. His main focus was drinking and living promiscuously. After having a revelation from God, his life turned compltely around. He is now known as the patron saint of brewers. Ironic much?

2. Santa punched someone?
St. Nicholas was a man who gave freely, suffered for his faith, but he is infamously known for losing his temper and punching a heretic, Arius, in the face.
