Lambert Mbom spent seven years after high school in a seminary in Cameroon preparing for the Catholic priesthood that never came to fruition. He is a proud former seminarian and traveled to study at the John Paul II Institute at the Catholic University of America graduating with a Master's degree. In 2011 he enrolled in Master of Science in Journalism at the Columbia School of Journalism. He is the founder of the Cameroon Catholic Community of the Archdiocese of Washington, D.C. He is the father of three children.
