Louise A. Mitchell
Louise A. Mitchell has a master's degree in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas, a master's degree in Moral Theology from Ave Maria University, and has studied bioethics extensively. She was an adjunct professor teaching bioethics at University of Mary (ND), the Catholic University of America (DC), and St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia). She worked at the Catholic Medical Association and the National Catholic Bioethics Center, and edited the Linacre Quarterly, the National Catholic Bioethics Quarterly, and Ethics & Medics along with publishing articles in those publications, New Blackfriars, and other journals. She has given talks on subjects ranging from bioethics, to Vatican Council II and St. John Paul II, to the Eucharist and contemplation. Additionally she is a Lay Dominican.
