Melissa Presser is a Catholic writer whose work explores the intersection of faith, suffering, and vocational transformation. A Jewish convert to Catholicism, she was drawn to the Church through the life and writings of St. Edith Stein — a fellow Jewish convert and Carmelite nun whose theology of redemptive suffering deeply shaped her spiritual path. Melissa is currently writing a book on unexpected loss and God's divine providence, which will be published with Sophia Institute Press in 2026. She lives in South Florida with her husband — also a Jewish convert to the Catholic faith — and their three children.
