With a bit of a nomadic start (Californian by birth, Iowan at heart, Texan by education, Michigander by marriage), Rakhi now makes her home in the Metro Detroit area with her husband and two small children (and a couple of crazy cats). A convert from Hinduism, she is the author of The Pitter Patter Diaries, a blog that she hopes encourages others to love selflessly, serve joyfully, and live boldly in Christ, and maybe, just maybe, laugh a little from time to time. She has also recently started her own home craft/art studio in an effort to bring the light and love of God to the world through the beauty of artistic expression.
Rakhi describes herself as a writer, photographer, artist, comic in her own mind, singer in the shower and lover of Jesus.
She can be found online at The Pitter Patter Diaries (www.thepitterpatterdiaries.com), on Facebook (www.facebook.com/ThePitterPatterDiaries), on Instagram (www.instagram.com/rakstar13), and lurking on Twitter (www.twitter.com/PittrPattrDiary).
