Ray Sullivan is Texan born and bred with an Irish Catholic Mother. He was raised on a farm and ranch, and then went to Texas A&M University, graduating with a degree in engineering. He is married with 2 kids and a chihuahua. Ray is retired from the United States Civil Service.
